How Does it Work?
The nervous system is your body ‘s electrical Network responsible for the release of important hormones in our bodies and signify to your brain, whether you are safe, in danger etc.
Unresolved trauma and chronic stress disrupt your nervous system. A continuous cycle of this may leave you with a chronically dysregulated nervous system. Somatic breathwork, connects conscious breathing to the body and over time allows the nervous system to reset and rebalance.
